Bulldogs senior Sam Smith led Wilson in their win tying his career high with 24 points.
The Bulldogs came out strong, dominating the court in the first half. Smith commanded the court, delivering the first points of the game with a three pointer and a breakaway accounting for 8 of the 15 points from Wilson in the first period.
The Bulldogs continued to domineer into the second period, outscoring Governor Mifflin by 11 points and sending Wilson into a 19 point lead at the half, 39-20.
Junior Reid Hoff of the Mustangs attempted to keep Governor Mifflin in the game delivering three 3-pointers within the third period, but could not keep up with the continuous baskets by the Bulldogs.
Wilson shut down the Mustangs in the fourth as they monopolized the scoreboard and outscored Governor Mifflin 16-6. With a final score of 65-47, the Bulldogs move their overall record to 19-2.
Wilson will travel to Cumberland Valley Saturday night while the Mustangs will host Muhlenberg on February 4th and fall to an overall record of 6-16.
