Coad is no stranger to our players of the week list. During the week of January 8-14, Coad scored an average of 14.5 points per game to lead all players in Berks I.  The Bulldogs went 3-1, suffering their first loss of the season at the hands of Coatesville.

Berks II

Despite only scoring 7 points against Twin Valley, Foulland led all county scorers in points this week.  He followed up his season low with outputs of 22, 24, and 26, finishing with an average of 19.8 points per game for the week as the Saints cruised to 4 victories.

Berks III

Chase Hartman, Wyomissing

Chase Hartman had himself quite the week, as he averaged 16 points per game, leading the Spartans to a 2-1 record.  Hartman’s shining moment came against Tulpehocken, as he sank a 35 foot 3 point field goal as time expired to send the game into overtime and ultimately led the Spartans to victory.

Berks I

Avery Marz, Wilson

Avery Marz is having quite the season for the Lady Bulldogs, who seem to be heading in the right direction now following a few losses to non-league opponents.  This week Marz scored her most points (21) in 2014 against Shipley School.

Hayley Kochel, Twin Valley

In contests against Pottstown, Berks Catholic, and Fleetwood, Kochel averaged over 20 points per game this week.  She posted a season-high 26 against the Lady Saints on January 10, which included a career-high 5 three pointers.

Deanna Daddona, Brandywine Heights

Daddona is the leading scorer in Berks County this season, averaging 19.9 points per game.  She willed the Lady Bullets to victory over Antietam this week scoring 26.  She also posted 24 points against Oley Valley.  Behind Deanna’s efforts, the Lady Bullets are making a push for the Berks III crown.
