Antietam traveled to Conestoga Christian for Monday evening’s non-conference match-up.

The Lady Mountaineers entered the non-league showdown with a 6-9 overall record, while the Lady Cougars showed a 0-4 mark.

Maghan Motze struck for the Lady Mountaineers with an early three-pointer from the field. Antietam lead after the first quarter with a 10-4 tally over Conestoga Christian.

Lead by Mackenzie Adame’s 8 points, the Lady Mountaineers held the Cougars scoreless at the end of the second quarter with 20-4 lead.

Motze hit big in the third quarter with three-pointer at the buzzer, improving Antietam’s score to 31-8.

Lead by Hannah Thompson’s strong fourth quarter, the Lady Cougar’s surged. However, Adame’s equally impressive fourth pushed Antietam to a 41-18 win over Conestoga Christian.

The Lady Mountaineers will meet Wyomissing for a Thursday night showdown and Conestoga Christian will host Tulpehocken on Tuesday.
