Game Recap: Blue Mountain at Jim Thorpe

The Blue Mountain Eagles bounced back strongly following their week one loss to Conrad Weiser, downing Jim Thorpe 49-19 on the road.

The Eagles were up 21-13 at the half before they broke it wide open, scoring 4 touchdowns in the third quarter alone.

Leading the way for the Eagles was Will Bornstein who accounted for 256 rushing yards and 4 touchdowns on just 14 attempts.

Shane Grapsy completed 4 of his 5 pass attempts for 55 yards, including a 25 yard touchdown pass to Bayne Keitsock.

Next week Blue Mountain will play host to Section 1 and District 11 foe Pottsville.
